The IncoSilk Medicare Serum Plus skin cream contains Lemon and Lactic Acid that combat fungal and other infections; Rice Seed Oil and Calendula that keep the skin soft and subtle, even where the scabs have formed; Korean Ginseng that supports the skin's ability to recover and Hyaluronic Acid, a natural moisturizing agent that hydrates and re-balances the skin, whilst supporting its natural regenerative abilities.

IncoSilk should be applied liberally directly to affected areas. Contact with eyes should be avoided. When using IncoSilk on baby's nappy rash, use it sparingly. Do not use IncoSilk in conjunction with prescribed medical creams!
