Always begin your training at a lower level of physical demand and raise it progressively with the increasing muscle strength. The abdominal toning belt is set to observe your estimated fitness level based on the number of training cycles. This means that after you have used it for a certain number of training cycles, it automatically switches onto the next appropriate level. However, you can over ride this automatic selection manually as you consider appropriate.
Each abdominal muscle training session has three steps:
