1. Place the Qu-Chi band over your arm with the button over the outer elbow area close to the Qu-chi point.
2. Ensure that one Qu-Chi strap is above the elbow and the second strap is below the elbow.
3. Bend your arm to ensure that the Qu-Chi button is pressing on the outer end of the elbow crease.
4. Adjust the Qu-Chi band to ensure comfort during wearing.
Precautions and safety warnings to Qu-Chi Band use:
1. Do not wear Qu-Chi Band during pregnancy as the Qu-Chi Point has been used to induce labour.
2. If you have problems with circulation in your arm, consult your doctor prior to using Qui-Chi Band.
