Beurer Heart Rate Monitor Glove is a valuable assistive training device developed for pulse measuring, displaying and monitoring. The glove is a photoelectric heart rate monitor without chest straps. It can be used during walking, jogging, running or when performing moderate aerobic exercise. 

The heart rate monitor glove has an optical finger sensor build in to a glove-like holder for detecting the pulse at the left hand’s index finger. It is an easy pulse monitoring without the need of restricting and less convenient to wear chest straps.  

Beurer Heart Rate Monitor Glove is most suitable for use during sports that do not require major use of left hand. This is because the glove may slightly restrict the gripping function of the hand. Hence, you should not use the heart rate monitor glove, when rowing or cycling or when your left hand needs to grip objects tightly (i.e. handle bars, oars, walking sticks, etc). 

The Beurer Heart Rate Monitor comes pre-assembled and is easy to use. Simply wear it on your left hand like a glove, adjusting it for good fit with velcro straps. You will see the pulse and other measurements displayed on an illuminated display.

The heart rate monitor glove has three different modes:

1. time mode – which shows the time
2. stopwatch mode – which records times and lap times
3. pulse mode – which displays your pulse in beats per minute

The Beurer heart rate monitor glove also displays upper pulse limit and lower pulse limit in relation to the maximum pulse. The monitor glove also measures, records and stores continuous and cumulative calorie consumption in kcal.

Other functions of the Beurer heart monitor glove include presenting you with the times that you have used within your set training limits and sounding an alarm if or when you exceed your upper and/or lower pulse limits.

Additionally, the Beurer Heart Rate Monitor Glove performs a Recovery Test that shows how fast your pulse rate changes with physical exertion. The faster your pulse rate returns to normal - the better is your general condition and greater your fitness. For your peace of mind and awareness, you should carry out a recovery test either at the end of training session or during an interval in training.
