High quality wheat grains are carefully cleaned to remove dust and other particles. Clean wheat is treated and dried.
English flax seed has naturally higher oil content than wheat grains. The oil improves the 'heat storing' and 'warmth releasing' properties of the mix, thus making it perfect for a slower and even release of warmth through the fluffiest and thickest of fabrics.
For soothing 'aromatherapy like' fragrance, the finest quality dried French lavender flowers are added to the grain or seed mixes.
Specially developed treated Microsafe fabrics and threads that have been tested for flammability are used to achieve the highest standards of safety, durability and satisfaction.
The Hot Packs products are manufactured to the very highest quality standards and all are thoroughly tested for safety. All Hot Pak products are CE marked and comply with BS-EN71 safety standards. User instructions are enclosed with all products.
Hot Pak products are easy to use:
- Simply heat them in a microwave oven for a couple of minutes. You can use the warmed products to soothe common problems that are known to benefit from a close proximity of heat.
- Alternatively, put the Hot Pack to the freezer to chill and use it in place of an ice pack to cool throbbing discomfort or reduce body overheating.
