It features three 60 seconds micro current programmes to stimulate and tone muscles in the whole neck and chin area. The micro current muscle stimulation passively exercises your muscles by repeatedly contracting and relaxing them.

Using 60 Second Neck Toner

Rio 60 seconds neck toner is simple to use. You will feel the beneficial effects of electric muscle stimulation after just one use with noticeable improvements seen in just a few days.

Using Rio Neck Toner is effortless! The neck toner does all the hard work of muscular exercise for you! Advanced electric muscle stimulation utilizes micro current stimuli to firm and tone your muscles, increasing blood flow and improving lymphatic drainage.

The 60 Second Neck Toner has 3 exercise programmes:

1. Programme 1: Neck and Chin Firming - During this programme, you will experience rhythmic muscle contractions that condition the muscles by contractions lasting 2 seconds and followed by 3 seconds resting period.
2. Programme 2: Extended Firming of the Neck and Chin - This programme delivers extended muscle contractions at pre-programmed varying intensity to maximize the effects of the muscle work out. The extended contractions last for 9 seconds and are followed by a 4 second pause to rest the muscle fibres.
3. Programme 3: Tap Toning of the Neck and Chin - This programme delivers deep massage through rapid pulsing stimulation. Each deep massaging pulse lasts for 5 seconds and is followed by 3 seconds resting pause.

For best outcomes you should use all the programmes and vary them on daily basis. You should use Programme 1 on the day 1, Programme 2 on the day 2 and Programme 3 on the day 3 and so on.

You should use the 60 Second Neck Toner directly under your chin and on both sides of your neck.

Using Rio Neck Toner step by step

• Open battery compartment by sliding the battery cover open
• Insert the battery (9V PP3 alkaline battery)
• Replace cover and shut firmly

• Apply generous amount of conductive gel to each gold contact on the head of the neck toner to ensure good conductivity
• Place the gold contacts on your skin in the area to be treated
• Turn the unit ON by pressing the Start button - the neck toner will always start in the Programme 1
• To select a different programme, press the Start button again for Programme 2 and another time for Programme 3
• If you wish to increase the intensity of the stimulation - press the Plus (+) button located just beneath the Start button - you should feel the muscle contractions, but the intensity of the stimulation must be comfortable
• To decrease the intensity - press the Minus (-) button
• Repeat the same treatment Programme for all 3 treatment areas - below your chin in the centre and on the both sides of your neck - you should use the neck toner for a maximum of 60 seconds on any one of the treatment areas for 3 minutes on total per session

• Switch the neck toner by pressing the Start button for couple of seconds
• If you forget to switch the neck toner - it will shut itself automatically after 10 minutes
• Wipe the remains of the conductive gel from the gold contacts prior to storage

When not to use Rio Neck Toner

The neck toner should be used when suffering epilepsy, diabetes, multiple sclerosis, during pregnancy, during post operational recovery period or if you have pacemaker fitted.

Never use the neck toner on areas of skin disorders, such as rosacea, pustular acne, lacerated or abraded skin, sensitive skin, over scars, moles or varicose veins.
