Neurotrac Sports XL performs a variety of functions, including muscle building, toning, rehabilitation and cellulite reduction. There are 21 pre-set programmes for sports, rehabilitation and fitness on the Neurotrac XL unit. Neurotrac Sports XL also feature 3 programmes reserved for personal customisation.

Neuromuscular stimulation is a low volt electrical stimulation of motor nerves using a device such as Neurotrac Sports XL. Gentle electrical stimulation causes muscle fibres to contract. Repeated contraction and relaxation of muscles has been found effective in a treatment of many musculoskeletal disorders and vascular conditions. Neuromuscular stimulation is routinely used in muscle rehabilitation after injuries or after stroke.
