Orders of value £50.00 and over are shipped out by independent private courier services on the same or the next working day.

If you are entitled to purchase healthcare products VAT free, you must complete VAT exemption declaration at the time of purchase. You will find the VAT declaration form in our Online Shop for simple electronic VAT submission at the time of purchase. However, please note that you will only be able to purchase products VAT free, if they are in an appropriate VAT exempt category as designated by the VAT and Inland Revenue authorities.

Customers from outside the EU do not pay the VAT - our Online Shop is configured to remove the VAT automatically at the Checkout. 

You can view the cost of shipping by using the Online Shopping Cart in the following way:

Choose a product or products you wish to purchase. Place chosen goods in the cart and follow the purchasing process by clicking on ‘Next’. Declare the country to which you wish the goods to be shipped to and click ‘next’. In the next window, the cart will show the shipping cost of the chosen goods to the destination country. For UK deliveries of purchases made online there is no delivery charge. Shipping charges to other countries vary.

Please note that if you live outside the UK and/or the EU, the VAT (Value Added Tax) will be DEDUCTED from your final total price AUTOMATICALLY by the Shopping Cart at the end of the purchasing process. All purchases made from countries outside the EU (European Union) are VAT Free!

If you live in the UK or within EU, you can purchase some type of goods VAT Free. Products that are VAT exempt are shown in the Online Shop as VAT Free. You can purchase these products VAT Free by choosing VAT Free option. You must complete and submit online at the time of purchase the VAT Declaration Form available in our Online Shop.

You may qualify for VAT exemption, if you suffer from disability or have a relevant chronic illness. VAT exemption declaration can be completed online using VAT declaration form in our Online Shop.    

Our shopping cart calculates all costs. The total price shown to you prior to completion of your purchase includes the cost of goods and the shipping costs.

Please note that you are a customer based outside the UK and EU, you will not be charged VAT on your purchase. The VAT is automatically deducted at the checkout by the cart when shipping destination is outside UK and/or EU.

Our Online Shop uses secure services of the HSBC, WorldPay and PayPal. You choose and select your preferred Payment Provider and the Shopping Cart will take you directly to your selected Payment Providers Site to complete the purchase.

Our Online Shop is secure and the online payments are handled directly by HSBC, WorldPay and the PayPal. You choose your preferred provider. HSBC and WorldPay accept most major credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you can use your PayPal account to finalise and settle your purchase.
