PalmLaser is a technologically advanced non-invasive therapeutic biostimulation medical laser - laser phototherapy device - that combines the effects of red (650 nm) and infrared (785 nm) laser light therapy in one portable unit.
PalmLaser incorporates two lasers - red and infrared - that provide optimal penetration of tissues for the best therapeutic effects on both the superficial and shallow problems, such as superficial open wounds, skin lesions and leg ulcers as well as on deep problems, such as deep hematomas, fractures and inflammation of periosteum. The red laser penetrates the tissues up to 10 mm depth, whilst the infrared laser reaches as far as 60 mm.
PalmLaser is a phototherapy laser that emits cold beam of red and infrared laser light. Cold laser light does not heat up treated tissues! Laser Phototherapy exerts photobiochemical effects on cells and tissues.
PalmLaser utilises cellular regeneration processes and healing effects of LLLT (laser phototherapy) to reduce pain without medication, facilitate and accelerate wound healing, improve blood flow, reduce inflammation, stimulate collagen synthesis and collagen regeneration. Medical, orthopedic, dermatological and cosmetic conditions that are known to respond well to the LLLT (laser phototherapy) respond equally well to PalmLaser treatment.
Low level laser therapy/cold l
aser therapy/laser phototherapy has shown to be effective in the treatment of many conditions, some of which are listed below. For more detailed information about the LLLT, we recommend a book by Jan Tuner and Lars Hode, entitled ‘Laser Therapy Handbook’.
You can find a number of laser therapy books, guides and teaching resources on Laser Therapy Resources and Guides page or in LLLT Resources section of Win Health Online Shop.
Laser phototherapy that utilizes visible red wavelengths has been found to be effective in the following conditions:

- obstetric and gynaecological problems (i.e. menstrual cramps, pelvic inflammations)
Laser phototherapy that utilizes invisible infrared wavelengths has been found to be effective in the following conditions:
soft tissue injuries (i.e. tendonitis, tendosynovitis, strains, sprains, haematomas, bursitis, deep tissue stimulation, etc.)- painful chronic and acute joint and cartilage conditions (i.e. rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, psoriatic arthritis, tendon injuries, ligament injuries, knee pain, etc.)
- chronic pain (i.e. post herpetic neuralgia, neck pain, migraine, myogenic/tension headache, back pain, trigeminal neuralgia, brachial neuralgia, carpal tunnel syndrome, frozen shoulder, plantar fascitis, metatarsal pain, etc)
- small bone fractures (i.e. laser therapy has positive influence on bone regeneration)
Key cellular effects of laser phototherapy:
- fast relief from acute and chronic severe pain (including back pain)
- fast reduction in post traumatic and post operative pain

- All types of sports and activity related injuries
LLLT - Low Level Laser Therapy more effective in treating Carpal Tunnel Syndrome than Splinting A study published in Clinical Rheumatology (2009 Sep; 28(9):1059-65) compared LLLT to splinting. Participants included in the study experienced symptoms of unilateral, mild or moderate idiopathic carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) for over 3 months. The LLLT (low level laser therapy = laser phototherapy) treatment group received ten sessions of laser therapy and splinting while the other group was given only splints.
The grip strength in the patients of the 'splint group' was significantly reduced and only 4% of the splint group participants had full recovery. 23% of the LLLT receiving participants experienced full recovery and 57% had partial recovery.
Researchers concluded that low level laser therapy was more effective at stimulating nerve recovery than splinting in Carpal Tunnel patients.

PalmLaser Customer Testimonial
I have been using the Palmlaser for one year three to four times a week and within one month noticed a tightening of the skin under my eyes. I no longer wake up with puffy eyes. I have also had a reduction of minor wrinkles, and a general tightening of your skin's collagen. My frown lines are minimized giving me a smoother more youthful appearance. I can't imagine living without my Palmlaser! Also the people at Win Health are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I was lucky to find them and their products. Mary R."

Palm Laser
I purchased a palmlaser as it was recommended to me by my physiotherapist. I suffer from rotator cuff tear on my shoulder. I used the laser 3 times a day for around ten minutes at a time and within a short space of time i could notice a huge improvement in the movement of my shoulder as well as a massive reduction in the pain that i was suffering on a daily basis, this in turn helped me to have a decent nights sleep as i became pain free.i continue to use the laser a few times a week or more if my injury flair's up.I am so pleased i purchased palmlaser, it really has helped me.
