Rescue Ready technology incorporated into the Powerheart AED G3 Automatic Defibrillator self tests the defibrillator and ensures anytime functionality:

"    Every day a check is performed on all main components - battery, hardware, software and pads.
"    Every week a partial charge of the high voltage electronics is completed.
"    Every month a full energy charge of the high voltage electronics is completed.   

If anything is amiss, the Rescue Ready status indicator on the handle changes from green to red and the device emits an audible alert to prompt the user or the keeper to service the unit, thus ensuring that the Powerheart AED G3 Defibrillator is Rescue Ready, when someone's life depends on it.
