Our Payment Options

We accept payment using Pay Pal and MasterCard, VISA, VISA Electron, VISA Debit, Solo, and UK Maestro cards and cheques. When paying online please ensure that your invoice address matches your registered card address, as this is part of our transaction fraud checks, you are able to select an alternate delivery address.
Our Shipping Service
We endeavour to provide our customers with a positive delivery experience. We select the most appropriate way of shipping your purchase to you, taking into consideration the type of goods (size and weight), the value of the goods and the delivery address. We ship purchases via Royal Mail (i.e. first class letter or small package ‘signed for’ on delivery), Parcel Force and UPS.
Parcel Force and UPS shipments are tracked. If you purchased online and we have your valid e-mail address, you will be notified of your tracking number via e-mail, so that you can track the progress of your shipment yourself. If you ordered by phone, fax or by post, you will only be notified of your tracking number if you provide us with your valid e-mail address.
If we do not have your email address and you wish to know of the progress of your shipment, contact us and we will give you the tracking number or check the progress of the shipment for you.
At present, we do not e-mail notifications for non tracked dispatches (i. e. fist class post, signed for packages). If your purchased goods do not arrive for more than 10 days after your purchase was made, please contact us so that we can instigate lost mail/shipment investigation.
Orders placed before midday during week days (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day. If for whatever reason shipping on the day of purchase is not possible, we endeavour to dispatch the order on the next working day. For deliveries in the UK - please note that orders dispatched on Friday may not be delivered till Monday. Parcels are wrapped discreetly in plain packaging. Smaller items are posted in jiffy bags.
Bespoke “made to order” goods and goods that are shipped from storing warehouses (i.e. large items such as therapy couches) may take a little longer - when ordering such goods and if you are in any doubt as to estimated dispatch and delivery or need to receive your purchase before a given time deadline, please call us on 01835 864866 for clarification.
We will replace any items lost in transit or offer a full refund of costs, including postage and packaging.
Order Confirmation
Please use a valid email address when ordering as an order confirmation and your invoice will be emailed to it. In accordance with our Privacy Statement we will not send you newsletters unless you have signed up for them.
