How to use the TriPollar POSE for Body
Using Tripollar POSE for skin tightening on your body is simple!
First of all – select your treatment area and divide it into palm sized ‘working segments’ - apply a thin layer of the TriPollar POSE Preparation Gel to the entire area you intend to treat.
Connect the TriPollar POSE to the power supply. Press the ON button located on the top of the POSE. The POSE will automatically select the Low energy setting. To increase the power to higher levels – Medium or High – simply press the top ‘on’ button repeatedly and the setting will change accordingly.
The manufacturer recommends that you commence your initial TriPollar POSE treatment on the Low power setting and adjust the setting during the treatment accordingly to your comfort level. It is also recommended that you choose higher power setting to treat the areas of your body that have greater concentration of fat deposits, such as thighs and buttocks. Areas, such as arms and tummies may be treated at lower level setting.
Whilst maintaining contact of all four electrodes with the skin at all times, treat each palm sized ‘working segment’ in very slow circular movements. Ensure that you move evenly and continually. Proceed in this manner until the orange light on the device indicates that optimum temperature has been reached. Once the orange light is on, continue the same circular motion for a few moments before progressing to the next adjacent palm sized ‘working segment’. Repeat using the same technique until you have worked over all palm sized ‘working segments’ and the entire treatment area has been covered.
Thereafter, go over the entire treatment area in larger sweeping circles to re-warm the entire area without waiting for the orange indicator light to illuminate. After you have covered the entire treatment area for the second time, your treatment has been completed.

• Divide the selected treatment area into few work areas about the size of your palm.
• Place the TriPollar POSE device against your skin making sure all electronic tips are in full contact with the skin at all times.
• Select the LOW power level, and start moving the device in slow circular motions on the palm size ‘working segment’ area.
• Once your skin reached the optimal temperature, the orange light will illuminate (orange light can either be constant or alternate on/off).
• Once the orange indicator light illuminates, continue the slow circular motion on the same area for a few moments and then move the device to the next adjacent palm sized ‘working segment’ area.
• Repeat this technique on one palm sized ‘working segment’ area at a time on LOW temperature until the entire treatment area has been covered.
• Now, go over the entire treatment area in larger sweeping circles on Medium/High temperature to re-warm the entire area. At this stage waiting for the orange indicator light to illuminate is not necessary.
When performing the treatment you must ensure that all four electrodes maintain constant contact with the skin, whilst you glide the device evenly over the skin in slow circular motion. As the skin and the fat cells are gently heated from within, you will feel a pleasant warm sensation.
On average, it takes 20 minutes to complete the treatment of one large area, such as the abdomen. Slight redness after treatment is normal and indicates the beginning of the therapeutic process. The redness will disappear within minutes to an hour following the treatment.

Q. 1.: Can TriPollar POSE be used on the facial area?
A. 1.: You should not use the POSE on your face. If you were to use the POSE on your face, you would reduce the fat layer under the skin that keeps it radiant and glowing. Fat on the face serves a very important purpose of plumping up the skin and making it look vibrant. Some people choose to have fat injected into their face to smooth the fine lines and wrinkles caused by natural aging process during which the fat density decreases. However, if you have a very fatty double chin, you can use the POSE with great caution on the fatty deposits only, ensuring that you do not extend the treatment to the leaner areas of the neck or to the face.
Q.2.: How quickly should I expect to see results, when using the TriPollar POSE?
A. 1.: You should be able to feel skin tightening and improved skin texture immediately after the first treatment. Generally, the initial results will be felt, but not necessarily seen by the naked eye. It can take up to 4-6 weeks before there is a visually perceived different in the treatment area.

Q. 11.: Can I use TriPollar treatments if I'm sun burned?
A. 11.: TriPollar treatments can be performed on tanned skin. However, if you have a sun burn and your skin is red and sensitive, wait till redness and sensitivity pass before performing Tripollar treatment.
Q. 12.: Can I perform TriPollar treatments if I have broken skin?
A. 12.: TriPollar treatments must not be performed, if you have sores, blisters, lacerations, broken skin or any abnormal skin condition.
Q. 13.: What do the green and orange indicator lights mean?
A. 13.: The green indicator light shows you when the device is ON or OFF and when the automatic safety mechanism is triggered. The automatic safety mechanism activates to protect your skin from overheating. If you remain in the same section and continue heating the skin too long the green indicator light and the energy source will automatically shut off.
The orange indicator light illuminates when you have reached the optimal temperature in the section you are treating and indicates that you should proceed to an adjacent section.
Q. 14.: What do I do if the orange indicator light stays on even after I turn the device off?
A. 14.: The orange indicator light may stay illuminated for 1-2 minutes after treatment. This is quite normal, as the thermostat is cooling down from treatment. Always ensure that you remove all the gel from the contact points.
Q. 15.: How long do results last after completion of the treatment course?
A. 15.: Results will typically last several months and since ageing process continues it is recommended to perform the maintenance treatments to prolong, maintain and enhance the long term results for an extended period of time.
Q. 16.: If I forget to use the device once or twice, will I need to restart the course of anti aging treatment?
A. 16.: The more closely you follow the recommended course of treatment, the better the outcomes will be. However, missing a treatment will not cause any damage nor will it reverse the results.
