Using VeinOPlus Stimulator

• Affix skin electrodes to your legs at the central part of the calf muscle on the back of the legs. Alternatively, you can place both electrodes on the same calf. If you have swollen and painful ankles, you can even try placing one skin electrode on the central part of your calf and the other on the planter (sole) of the same foot.

• Connect the skin electrodes to the VeinOPlus unit using the lead.

• Turn VeinOPlus on and gradually increase the intensity signal by pressing the + button until you feel and see contractions on the calves. Albeit the effectiveness of the treatment is greater with higher level of the intensity, you should only increase it to a comfortable level.

• Sit and relax - the VeinOPlus will automatically shut off after 20 minutes of treatment.

• You can perform up to 10 treatments per day.

• After treatment, remove the skin electrodes and store them on the plastic sheet (provided).

When not to use VeinOPlus

• VeinOPlus is contra indicated for people with cardiac pacemaker.

• Consult your doctor before using VeinOPlus if you are suffering with acute venous thrombosis, have a tendency to bleed or using anti-clotting treatment, experiencing inflammation, infection, skin lesions or severe varicose veins in the calves.
