You can exercise on your Farma Bike One, whist sitting on a chair or a couch or stretched on an exercise mat or a blanket on the floor. You can also place your Farma Bike One conveniently on a table, when exercising your arms. The pedals feature embossed points especially designed to stimulate acupuncture points on your hands and feet to enhance relaxation and a feeling of wellbeing during exercise.

Exercising your arms strengthens your arm muscles and makes wrist, elbow and shoulder joints more flexible, whilst exercising your legs strengthens leg muscles and makes ankles, knees and hip joints subtler. Regular exercise improves blood flow and enhances cardiovascular performance, making you feel stronger and healthier.   

Lightweight and compact, the Farma Bike One Electric Pedal Exerciser features remote control with LCD display. Parameters displayed include speed achieved, distance covered, calories burned and time used. Speed is adjustable manually adjustable, ranging from 3 km to 6 km per hour. There are 6 speed levels to select from. Reverse gear enables backward motion in all modes, enabling exercising of different muscles. For your convenience and safety, you can easily stop the Farma Bike One at any time during exercising. The timer can be set for duration from 3 minutes to 15 minutes. There are 5 modes to select from that simulate different type of exercise, including walking, cycling and hiking. One mode is programmable with parameters of your choice, enabling you to design and enjoy personalised exercise based on your individual needs or preferences.
