Beurer PC 100 Posture Control '8sense by beurer' Smart Clip is a back posture detector and back trainer. 

Battery powered Beurer PC 100 Posture Control Smart Clip helps the users to become more aware of slouching during long hours of sitting and stooping or hunching when standing or active. Gentle vibrations of the Posture Control Smart Clip alert you of your prolonged static position and motivates you to move. The gentle vibration is a feedback and a reminder that you need to be more active and conscious of your sitting habits and how you move in the long term interests of your good health.        

The ‘8sense by beurer’ Coaching System provides users with personalised exercises that can help to compensate them for their poor sitting habits and moving behaviour based on actual analysis of everyday daily habits, such as sedentary periods, types of movements and posture.   

The ‘8sense’ app can be obtained free from the Apple App Store for the iOS devices and from Google Play for the Android devices. System requirements for the 8sense’ app are as follows: iOS ≥ 10.0, Android ≥ 5.0, Bluetooth ≥ 4.0 the ‘8sense’ app.

The ‘8sense’ app has 2 parts: ‘Better sitting’ and ‘Better training’. The ‘8sense’ app helps to sit better, exercise to stretch your back and carry out corrective exercises of the neck, upper back and lower back. It will encourage you to drink enough to maintain healthy hydration and give you tailored instructions based on your movement patterns on how to prevent back pain, improve posture and increase productivity. The ‘8sense’ consistently supports the users during their use of the 8clip sensor so that the sensor is used to its full potential and for optimum benefits to the users.  

Using the Beurer PC 100 Posture Control '8sense by beurer' Smart Sensor

The Beurer PC 100 is easy to use.

• Before the first use, ensure that the sensor is fully charged.
• Download the free ‘8sense’ app from the Apple App Store for the iOS devices or from Google Play for the Android devices.
• Activate Bluetooth on the device and connect to the Internet.
• Open the ‘8sense’ app and follow the instructions.
• Switch on the posture control clip sensor and attach it to your clothing at the back of your neck with the short side of the clip on the outside.
• The posture control clip is now functional and recording your body’s movements.
• You can in time transfer recorded data from the posture control sensor to the ‘8sense’ app for storage and analysis. It is an easy process that is described step by step in the user manual.
• Activate Bluetooth on your smart device – open the ‘8sense’ app – keep the smart device close to the posture control sensor and maintain Bluetooth active for the data transfer – data transfer begins automatically.
