About Shiatsu massage

Shiatsu is a soothing massage that was originally applied with fingers. Shiatsu massage means ‘massage with fingers’. 1. Connect your massager to the mains power and switch on. Ensure that you sit comfortably.
2. Remove your shoes and place your feet on the surface of the massager. You may wish to also adjust the device (using adjustable anti-slip feet) to most comfortable position angle and height.
3. Press the on/off button with your feet.
4. Press once for Shiatsu massage
5. Press twice for faster massage with heat
6. Press 3x to switch off  
7. Automatic shut off after 15 minutes of use
8. The massage should be pleasant and relaxing. If at any time during massaging session you feel discomfort, consider changing  position of your feet or switch the massager off. 

Contraindications and precautions
