Using Beurer FB 35 Foot Spa

Before using Beuer FB 35 Foot Spa, read user instructions enclosed with the device and retain user instructions for future reference. Ensure you understand and follow all recommendations listed in user manual. It is especially important to familiarise yourself with Warnings, Cautions and Safety Notes as these will help you to use the foot spa correctly and safely and for your benefits. 

Using Beurer FB 35 Foot Spa helps you to look after your feet effectively at home. Feet are weight bearing as they carry around our entire body weight. When feet develop hard skin, corns and calluses, walking can become uncomfortable, difficult or even painful. Soft and comfortable feet promote walking and active life. Regular foot baths enjoyed conveniently in the comfort of your own home can contribute to relaxed and less tired feet that encourage active lifestyles and healthy fitness.     

Beurer FB 35 is easy to use. Enclosed multilingual user instructions are simple to follow.  

• Firstly, place the foot bath on the floor with firm and level surface. Do not connect the foot bath to the power, while the foot bath is being filled with water! Fill the foot bath up to the fill-level mark with water, ensuring that the footrest is completely covered with water.
• Ensure your hands are dry and plug the power cable to the mains. Ensure that the power cable is routed across the floor safely without risk of tripping people over and causing dangerous falls.    
• Sit comfortably in a chair with feet resting with slight pressure on the footrest in the water. Rubber feet on the base of the foot bath prevent it from sliding or moving during use.
• Use user instructions for step by step directions on how to perform your chosen foot spa treatment. You can choose from the following combinations:

1. Bubble massage with infrared light and water temperature control with optional vibration massage
2. Special massage effect can be achieved by moving your feet back and forth over the 2 massagers integrated into the bottom of the foot spa
3. Pedicure with removable pedicure attachments – brush attachment, massage attachment, corn and callus remover – are used to clean and stimulate your feet, deliver a soothing massage that promotes circulation and remove hard skin, corns and calluses
4. Magnetic field and infrared light to help to relax your feet, boost circulation and stimulate soles on your feet  
5. Aromatherapy experience - this can be enjoyed with the removable aroma filter allowing you to use fragrant foot spa additives, such as bath crystals and bath salts – please refer to user instructions for detailed step by step guidance on how to prepare the Beurer FB 35 Foot Spa for successful aromatherapy applications

• After use, rinse the device with tap water. To clean the foot bath, use non-foaming cleanser. Switch the device on the bubble setting for 10 seconds to dry out the air line. Wipe the device with a clean cloth to remove any remaining water drops and moisture.     
• Store the dry foot spa in its original packaging in a clean and dry area.  

General points to note:

• Do not use the device if damage to the device or accessories is evident or suspected! 
• You must never connect the foot bath to the power when your feet are already in the water! If the foot bath is damaged, this can lead to life-threatening electric shock!
• Ensure that the plug and/or the power cord do not come into contact with water or other liquids!  
• You must never stand up in the foot bath!
• Do not use the foot bath during a thunderstorm!

• Do not place the foot bath close to fireplaces or flammable liquids or objects!
• You must never connect the foot bath to the power when your feet are already in the water! If the foot bath is damaged, this can lead to life-threatening electric shock!
• Do not connect the foot bath to the power, while the foot bath is being filled with water!
• Ensure that the plug and/or the power cord do not come into contact with water or other liquids!  
• Never leave the device unsupervised, especially if children are around!  

Warnings

• Do not use the foot bath if you have open wounds, warts or fungal infection on your feet!
• Do not use the foot bath for longer than 40 minutes as there is danger of overheating! Allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before using foot bath again.  
• Consult a doctor before using foot bath if you are not sure foot bathing is safe or appropriate for you and your condition.
• Consult a doctor prior to suing foot bath if you have a serious illness, recovering from an operation on your feet or a foot, if you have diabetes or thrombosis, varicose veins, vein inflammation or have undiagnosed pain.
