Pjama® Absorbent Incontinence Pants for Adults

Pjama® Incontinence Pants are reusable absorbent long pants that help adults cope with episodes of incontinence at night, during bedrest or when convalescing. The Pjama® Pants are effective, discreet and absorbent incontinence protection garments. They are comfortable, washable, durable and environmentally friendly.

Pjama® Absorbent Pants soak up and contain urine, making coping with urinary incontinence simple and easy. There is no need to use absorbent or waterproof bed sheets or mattress protectors, because the Pjama® protect the bed from urine wetness. You will not need to wear additional underwear, because the Pjama® Pants are most effective and comfortable, when worn directly on the body.  

After wetting accident occurs, the Pjama® continues to be dry on the outside, but becomes moist inside. The wetness of the mishap wakes the user and the wet Pjama® pant is taken off and replaced with a dry Pjama® pants. The wet Pjama® pants can be stored conveniently in the Pjama® Bag until washing.  

Pjama® materials

Pjama® Pants are made of skin-friendly soft materials with breathable waterproof membrane on the outside.  The inner of the Pjama® is made of superabsorbent materials that store the urine inside the pants. Fabrics used to make the Pjama® Pants are Oeko-Tex certified.  

Fabric composition: 64% Tencel, 8% Polypropylene, 5% Polyester, 7% Polyurethane, 16% Other Fibres.

Caring for the Pjama®

Caring for the Pjama® Pants is easy. Simply turn the garment inside out and machine wash at maximum 60° C and high spin. If possible, hang the garment to air dry on a clothes rack or tumble dry on very low heat that does not exceed 60° C. Use gentle quality detergents without fabric softeners or conditioners. Do not iron or dry clean.

Pjama® Absorbent Incontinence Pants for Adults - sizing

Pjama® Pants for Adults are available in 4 sizes, based on waist circumference:

  1. 64 – 91 cm waist 
  2. 68 – 101 cm waist
  3. 73 – 107 cm waist
  4. 77 – 117 cm waist

For best fit, measure the circumference around the waist with soft tape measure.  

Pjama® range of Absorbent Incontinence Garments is developed by Pjama AB in Sweden. Pjama® Garments are CE marked as Class 1 Medical Devices.

UK Shipping Schedule and Costs

UK delivery speed and cost are selectable in the Checkout. All orders are shipped in plain discreet packaging.

  • UK Regular Delivery (£5.50 + VAT):
    Delivery in 2 - 3 working days. Orders must be received before 2 pm (Monday – Friday).
  • UK Next Day by Courier (£7.50 + VAT):
    Next Day Delivery by Courier for orders received before 2 pm on working days (Monday to Friday) - expect delivery on next working day (Monday to Friday).  
  • UK Free Delivery Option for online only orders of £75.00 excluding VAT or more:
    UK Free Delivery Option for online only orders of £75.00 excluding VAT or more is free and takes approximately 3 - 4 working days.
  • UK Saturday Delivery (£21.66 + VAT):
    Saturday Delivery applies only to the UK Mainland Only. Saturday Delivery Orders must be placed before 2 pm on the Friday. Orders received after 2 pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday on following week.    

Overseas Shipping Schedule

  • Overseas deliveries take approximately 7 - 14 working days depending on destination.
  • Shipping costs depend on the type of goods and the delivery address.
  • Cost of shipping is shown in the Checkout prior to the completion of the purchase.
  • VAT is removed automatically from all purchases for deliveries outside the EU.
  • Goods of value below £135 (Euros 150) to be shipped to countries of the EU are charged VAT at the rate of relevant EU destination country and shipped uder the IOSS scheme.
