Intelligent belt design of the Beurer MG 153 facilitates seamless applications to the neck, back, shoulders and even legs. The easy-grip handles and 2 intensity settings allow you to vary the massage sensations by adding a little extra pressure or reducing it, as you need or desire. 4 kneading rollers rotate both clockwise and anti-clockwise to ease muscular tension, whilst the 2 pinch nodes move up and down for a comforting sensation. Selectable heat function helps to further loosen knotted tensed muscles and consolidate deep relaxation.

For continuity of hygiene, the Beurer MG 153 has a removable cover that is conveniently washable at 30°C.

Using Beurer MG 153 4D Neck Massager   

Beurer MG 153 is easy to use, however, prior to first use, read user instructions and follow all recommendations on how to use Beurer MG 153 and how to care for it to ensure its durability and long term usability. Please read and pay attention to all warnings listed in user instructions.

Important points to note:

1. This massager is not a toy and it should be kept away from children.
2. When not in use, you should store the Beurer MG 153 in its original packaging in a dry storage environment, ensuring that the massager is not weighted or pressed down by other items. 
3. Beurer MG 153 4D Massager is easy to clean. Firstly, disconnect the massager from the mains power sourse. You can simply clean the massager with a moist cloth and wipe dry. Alternatively, you can remove the cover and wash it at 30° C and air dry it. It is important that the cover is totally dry before it is placed back on the masager prior to use.          

• Please remember that the massage should feel pleasant and relaxing. If you feel discomfort or pain, reduce the contact pressure by exerted by using the easy-grip handles or discontinue the massage.
• Individual massage session takes only 15 minutes. 15 minutes of massage provides effective outcomes, whilst a longer session could be counterproductive, leading to over-stimulation of muscles and increased muscular tension. You should not exceed the recommended massage duration.                                 
• Beurer MG 153 4D Massager automatically stops after 15 minutes of use. Alternatively, you can stop the massage manually by using the ON/OFF button located on the control panel located on the side arm of the massager.
• Please note: the Beurer MG 153 is designed to deliver soothing and relaxing massage for the areas of the neck, shoulders, back and thighs. It is not designed to replace a medical treatment. If you are uncertain of your suitability to use the Beurer MG 153 Massager, consult your doctor.
• You must especially consult your doctor prior to first use, if you suffer from sever illness or had a recent surgery; if you have a pacemaker or implants and other aids fitted; if you suffer from thrombosis or diabetes or pain from unknown causes. Do not use when pregnant.
• You must also not use the massager if you have a medical abnormality or injury on the areas to be massaged (i.e. open wounds, herniated disks); you must never use the massager in the area of the heart and if you have a pacemaker fitted you much consult your doctor prior to using the massager!.  
• You must not use the massager over swellings, burns or damaged skin and body parts. You must not use the massager on cuts, capillaries, varicose veins, acne, couperose, herpes and other skin diseases. Never use the massager over the head, on the face, over the larynx and other sensitive body areas, over the bones and joints. Do not use as a foot massager.
• Do not use the Beurer MG 153 after consumption of alcohol or medication that reduces cognition. Do not use in vehicles!
