Pjama® Absorbent Boxers for Children are unisex underwear designed for both day and night wetting protection. They are compatible with the Pjama® Connect Alarm and the Pjama® DryGuardians Bedwetting App, offering a comprehensive solution for children managing bedwetting and daytime leaks. Suitable for boys and girls, these absorbent boxers provide comfort and discretion during treatment.

Pjama® Absorbent Boxers are specifically designed to handle leaks that occur both at night and during the day. They feature a discreet built-in absorbent layer that provides protection while remaining comfortable to wear. The boxers also include a small pocket for holding the Pjama® Connect Alarm Sensor when in use. These washable boxers are a practical and reusable solution for ongoing protection.

Using Pjama® Absorbent Boxers alongside the Pjama® Connect Alarm and DryGuardians Bedwetting App offers a seamless approach to bedwetting treatment. The combination allows parents and children to manage nighttime and daytime wetting together, which is recommended by the latest treatment guidelines for bedwetting and incontinence.

About Pjama® Connect Alarm and DryGuardians App

The Pjama® Absorbent Boxers work with a smartphone via the Pjama® DryGuardians App, which logs bedwetting incidents in a calendar format, giving parents valuable insights into the child’s bedwetting patterns. For daytime wetting, the app triggers alarms that prompt the child to use the toilet before a leakage occurs. The app also includes a silent vibration alarm for discreet notification.

The Pjama® DryGuardians App is available for free from the Apple Store for iPhones and Google Play for Android phones. The Pjama® Connect Bedwetting Alarm Sensor pairs with the Pjama® Bedwetting Alarm Speaker, which can be placed near the child’s bed for nighttime use. When the sensor detects moisture, the speaker emits an alarm to wake the child. The speaker is rechargeable and can be purchased separately to complement the bedwetting treatment program.

  1. Individual Boxer: One absorbent boxer in the selected size.
  2. Pjama® Absorbent Boxer Kit: Includes two absorbent boxers in the selected size, a Pjama® Connect Alarm Sensor, and user instructions.
  3. Pjama® Connect Bedwetting Alarm: Contains the alarm sensor and user instructions. The DryGuardians App is free from the Apple Store and Google Play.
  4. Pjama® Alarm Speaker Unit: Optional purchase for nighttime bedwetting treatment. Includes a rechargeable speaker unit, USB charging cable, and user instructions.
Pjama® Absorbent Boxers Sizes and Absorption Capacities

There are six sizes of Pjama® Absorbent Boxers, determined by waist circumference. Each size has a corresponding maximum absorption capacity:

  1. waist 50-71 cm / maximum absorption 180 ml / age 5-6
  2. waist 54-82 cm / maximum absorption 200 ml / age 6-8
  3. waist 56-85 cm / maximum absorption 215 ml / age 8-10
  4. waist 58-88 cm / maximum absorption 230 ml / age 10-12
  5. waist 62-95 cm / maximum absorption 250 ml / small adult size / teen
  6. waist 66-100 cm / maximum absorption 270 ml / medium adult size / teen

Note: Pjama® Absorbent Boxer Kits are available only up to the waist circumference of 58-88 cm.

To ensure the best fit, measure around the waist using a soft tape measure. Select the size based on waist circumference rather than age.

Important: Pjama® Absorbent Boxers have a limited absorption capacity, so it is recommended to use an absorbent waterproof bed pad over the mattress for additional protection.

Pjama® Absorbent Boxers Materials

The Pjama® Absorbent Boxers are made from soft, skin-friendly materials in an attractive unisex navy colour.

Fabric Composition: 90% Tencel, 5% Polypropylene, 4% Elastane, 1% Polyurethane.

All Pjama® fabrics are Oeko-Tex 100 certified.

Caring for Pjama® Absorbent Boxers

Pjama® Absorbent Boxers are easy to care for. They are machine washable at up to 60°C and can be air-dried or tumble-dried. Avoid using bleach, ironing, or dry cleaning. It’s best to wash the boxers with similar dark-coloured items. Due to the limited capacity of the boxers to store urine, an absorbent bed pad should be used to protect the child’s bed from accidents.

UK Shipping Schedule and Costs

UK delivery speed and cost are selectable in the Checkout. All orders are shipped in plain discreet packaging.

  • UK Regular Delivery (£5.50 + VAT):
    Delivery in 2 - 3 working days. Orders must be received before 2 pm (Monday – Friday).
  • UK Next Day by Courier (£7.50 + VAT):
    Next Day Delivery by Courier for orders received before 2 pm on working days (Monday to Friday) - expect delivery on next working day (Monday to Friday).  
  • UK Free Delivery Option for online only orders of £75.00 excluding VAT or more:
    UK Free Delivery Option for online only orders of £75.00 excluding VAT or more is free and takes approximately 3 - 4 working days.
  • UK Saturday Delivery (£21.66 + VAT):
    Saturday Delivery applies only to the UK Mainland Only. Saturday Delivery Orders must be placed before 2 pm on the Friday. Orders received after 2 pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday on following week.    

Overseas Shipping Schedule

  • Overseas deliveries take approximately 7 - 14 working days depending on destination.
  • Shipping costs depend on the type of goods and the delivery address.
  • Cost of shipping is shown in the Checkout prior to the completion of the purchase.
  • VAT is removed automatically from all purchases for deliveries outside the EU.
  • Goods of value below £135 (Euros 150) to be shipped to countries of the EU are charged VAT at the rate of relevant EU destination country and shipped uder the IOSS scheme. 
  • We do not currently ship the goods over £135 / Euros 150 value to the EU countries.
